The Hôtel-Restaurant Edgar, created in 1840 by a rich shipbuilder from Saint Malo, has mellowed with the passage of time : Wooden floors, rich fabrics and thick carpets are brought together in a palette of taupe, camel and ivory with added touches of bright modern colours.
