Departing from Saint-Brieuc, enjoy your own mini adventure on the most famous of customs trails: the GR®34!
Saint-Brieuc - Tréveneuc
in 2 days - 38 km
Day 1
Saint-Brieuc > Binic-Etables-sur-Mer - 22 km
After strolling on the quays of the Port du Légué, discover the majestic cliffs of the Bay of Saint-Brieuc, as they alternate between coves and unmissable panoramic views. For this first day, breathe in the sea spray from the top of the Pointe du Roselier and the Pointe de Pordic – then, the sea will keep you company until you reach the charming port of Binic-Étables-sur-Mer.
Day 2
Binic-Etables-sur-Mer > Tréveneuc - 16 km
Continue exploring the GR®34, punctuated by equally breathtaking views of the Bay. On the horizon, you'll catch a glimpse of the Saint-Quay Islands and their crystal-clear waters as you approach the seaside resort of the beautiful Saint-Quay-Portreiux. The path then leads you away from the houses as you breathe in the sweet scent of unspoilt nature up to the tip of the Bec de Vir, at the foot of the highest cliffs in Brittany.
When you arrive in Tréveneuc, you can easily return to your starting point by bus thanks to the BreizhGo line 1 (Paimpol <-> – Saint-Brieuc ). This line also serves the seaside resorts of Binic-Etables-sur-Mer and Saint-Quay-Portrieux.
Tip: if you're worried about missing your return bus, take the bus to Trévenuec then travel along the GR in the opposite direction towards Saint-Brieuc!
